Cross Border Marketing & Distribution Manager

I'm Cicy Shen, mum to Jamie and I am an Anmum Cross-Border Marketing & Distribution Manager based in Auckland. I make sure that our customers are aware of the great benefits of Anmum has to offer and gets to them safely.

I do this job because I really enjoy being out there and meeting new people and making sure that all our Fonterra products are available to everyone to be able to buy. As a mum myself, I used Anmum PediaPro3 with Jamie and I love the fact that I’m a part of the supply chain that makes a nutritious product available to other parents just like me.  

I take my role at Fonterra very seriously. I think it’s good to have fun at work, but I also think it’s a pretty serious industry we’re in. The health & safety and the quality we need to maintain around our products is vital, especially when it comes to this range. Food safety and quality is really important to Fonterra, making sure that when we’re making our products, everything is checked the whole way through the process, that’s really important to me. I think it’s necessary that we need to be serious in the jobs we do.

I think the fact that it’s traceable is great so I can see which milk pool the milk has come from, the factories it's made in, and it’s real time information! This gives Anmum PediaPro3 a couple of layers of protection as we have a tamper evident seal on there too. So when I open that tin of toddler milk, I know that nobody has tampered with what I am about to give to my son, this gives me extra peace of mind.

I know that the reason I buy Anmum PediaPro3 is because I know that it comes from a farm in NZ, the supply chain that we have is second to none in my opinion and we have strong food safety and quality processes in place.

The other deciding factor for us is that Anmum PediaPro3 is the only toddler milk with no added sugars. It’s something that is going to be good for him and good for his health, so I need to make sure it’s good stuff that’s going in him!
